How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page at /dashboard. You'll receive a password reset link via email.
What file formats are supported?
ShoPublish supports PDF, EPUB, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX/CSV, plain text, and common image formats (PNG, JPG, GIF, SVG, WebP). Each format is rendered with its own optimized viewer.
What's the maximum file size I can upload?
Upload limits depend on your plan:

Can I use a custom domain?
Yes! Pro and Business plans support custom domains for both individual books and your entire bookstore. Set up a CNAME record pointing to shopublish.adhirat.workers.dev and configure it in your dashboard.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription and click "Cancel Plan". Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day refund policy on first-time subscriptions.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Files are stored on Cloudflare R2, accounts on Cloudflare D1, and payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). Read our full Privacy Policy.
